BOXING

Known as Pugilism or Western boxing, this hand to hand combat style comprises of throwing different types of punches.


Renowned for being the sweet science, Cobra Boxing Club will allow its participants the chance to learn both offensive and defensive skills through the use of different punch bags, partner drills and pad work. For those wanting to test their skills, both body sparring and light full contact sparring is available

SANDA

Sanda is a fighting system which was originally developed by the Chinese military based upon the study and practices of traditional kung fu and modern combat fighting techniques. It combines boxing and full-contact kickboxing, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes.
